Quake

In the mailbox this morning...

A note recalling that today, 116 years ago (1906) at 5 a.m. Pacific Time, the “San Francisco Earthquake” occurred. Caused by a rupture in the San Andreas Fault, the quake lasted about five minutes and was felt from Southern Oregon to Los Angeles, and as far East as Nevada.
