The Watercourse Way does not offer the “easy evasion of blind faith” (Lama Jampa Thaye). It may read as a simplistic metaphor, and while it is that it is also not that. Anything with the power and dexterity to “push the ocean through a straw” while turning boulders into sand is not something toward which to turn a blind eye. One risks becoming blinder than one already is.
Poetry (all artistic endeavor) will lead you to remember your unnamed Self. Protect your ability to share the Truth of your experience. If you’ve made mistakes in the past but have now learned not to repeat them, you brighten the world like a moon when released from a cloud.
