Odd Boxes

In the morning mailbox on this, Odin’s day:

All inspiration arises from what Pema Chödrön calls “the unchanging heart of this very moment.

Following Pema, art emerges from liminal space. I suspect the muses live there. Our willingness to embrace and inter into the open space of the unknown is our invitation to them. Poetry is a bit of a razor's edge as it is about building odd boxes with words. Painting and music, it seems to me, are more open in the processes of execution. Tho reading a poem is executive participation of a kind.
