What is the face you had before you were born?

In the mailbox this morning: At least one Zen practitioner of that wonderful meditative undertaking of 4,000 paths and innumerable Koans, has taken note that for the unfolding of “enlightenment” (that is what we are talking about here) to occur at all, it must already be here. Which is to say, says he, we're already in that space. All we have to “do” is to turn around, stop with the “doing” and allow it and ourselves if even for a moment, to “be.” It is in that space that we join the creative unfolding manifestation of infinite possibilities—the resident home of the The Greats of every tradition and contemporary expression.

Only the nondual mind in contemplation allows us to say yes to the simultaneous and infinite mystery that is the universe and that we are to ourselves. They are en fin the same mystery.
