No dark, only light

Science is showing us that the universe we are living in is quite different from what we've been taught and consequently what we’ve been thinking. Rather than built of discrete bits of isolated matter, every aspect of the physical and biological (and even, perhaps, mental) is interconnected. This new cosmology of “interconnectedness” has huge implications we are very slowly coming to grips with.

Native cultures have forever insisted that our behaviors have an impact “unto the 7th generation.” We have called them ignorant. Most of us have not been taught/trained to see the world in the terms of a total unity of things, continuing to insist that our differences make for legitimate discrimination and narcissistic self-serving. The old world view is destroying the planet while we ignore the fact that we live on it.

This is not merely metaphor. Increasingly, out of their experiences, many have seen the fault of their participation in this old vision and have begun to let go. Seeing the harm and letting go, they are able to make good sense of their position in the world and benefit others.

Turns out, Creation is not “out there,” but in and through everything unfolding at the speed of light.
