Flow

In the mailbox this morning…

The Way does not flow backward nor is it preoccupied with the flotsam and jetsam always trying to attach themselves to its forward progress. The Way progresses in the moment with an unrestricted awareness, free from any attachments, free from constraint. Consider breathing: the instant before the in-breath and the instant at the moment of the out-breath seem to be constrained by an attachment to time, yet they are essentially identical moments of the presence of The Way.
