Get lit . . .
Saturday, February 8, 2025 . It's the Satyr's day . . . the morning walk to the mailbox was in a heavy fog, now lifted leaving a dense cloud cover. A cold front pushed along by moderate to strong Northerlies and upper 30's wind chill are forecasted for the afternoon with slight rain chances.

For most of us being creative is an essential aspect of our well-being...Given the present socioculture “hosing” we are exposed to, there is pressure to shove it to the bottom of the metaphorical list, usually under 'make everyone else in your life happy' and 'fix all the pain and suffering in the world'. This would leave us depleted and struggling, which means then we are left with so much less capacity to contribute to positive change....Oppressive systems want us to feel hopeless, exhausted and disempowered. Your creativity matters, no matter its form.
Consider this blog then your “free pass permit” to keep creating the things that light you up.
In the darkest corners of your life
there is still a light
shining.
