Jus' sayin'
Love is still a radical notion, notwithstanding the word has become part of mainstream jargon. Capitalism co-opts love in order to market it (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, every wedding day, anniversary, birthday, National Basket-weaving-and-Eel-Fishing Day, make a list). We must allow for the possibility that love is freedom in the infinite and ultimate sense, and comes with no price tag.
For over two-thousand-years humans have been consuming chocolate. All that time, butterflies in South America influenced weather-patterns in Europe – when there was no “South America” or “Europe” – and experienced improved sex without confirmation from scientific research. Yes, I made some of this up.
Each day, you and I undertake the first experience, not of this place but of ourselves in this place. Joined across space in this timeless moment, between these words, at the beginning of the in-breath, we are not alone. We didn't get to where we are by ourselves.
Roaring with the breathlessly beautiful. The Watercourse waits in the Almost. Surrounded by silence, speaks, roars its way into the sea. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes it is as silent as a mountain lake mirroring peaks against the sky.
Mercury Retrograde isn't always negative. It's been known to support creative changes in terms of insight and support for truth telling.
