Several items appeared in the mailbox this morning, following up on yesterday's insight shared from Urgyn Rinpoche re: being aware of being aware.

First up, a recent TED talk by Dr. Robin Buckley underscored one of the major fears of conservative politicians: Female empowerment. Ergo, this talk is about sex.

Speaking of women: Narges Mohammadi has received the 2023 Nobel Peace Prize. She was honored for her fight against the oppression of women by Iran’s government. She is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence in Tehran.
